Remove unused validation rules from "expected-structure.json".

At the end of the "expected-structure.json" file, it looks like there are validation rules, but when file back it's called by run-roundtrip-test.ps1 and is passed to test-extractedartifact.ps1 but it looks like the 'validation rules' at the end aren't necessarily used.
