Description
We heard from a customer using APIOPs Toolkit that they were having issues with clean source code diffs because of inconsistent use of tabs and spaces in artifacts. We should:
- Confirm that this isn't an issue with apiops-cli
- Write a few unit tests to cover the scenario so it doesn't regress
