Logging enhancements

Newly logged items:

• Information log level:
  • Logs which files the extractor writes to
  • When a URL call fails, includes the failing URL in the exception
• Debug log level:
  • Logs the start and end of Get/List/Put/Download REST operations, including which URL is called
• Trace log level:
  • Logs the start and end of Get/List/Put/Download REST operations, including which URL is called and the JSON passed or returned
