Error message improvement for `az group show`

Describe the bug

when the RG is not in current subscription, the error message is
Message: Resource group 'foo' could not be found.

Can we add the subscription info in the message, e.g,
Message: Resource group 'foo' could not be found in subscription <xxx>.
