Storage accounts of type other than 'StorageV2' do not get linked to the log analytics workspace

Describe the bug

• When a storage account of type other than 'StorageV2' is linked to a workspace, the command executes successfully. The 'Linked Storage Accounts' summary page on the Portal also displays the storage account specified via the CLI command.
• However, when the resource is chosen to be edited/modified via the Portal, the storage account field appears blank.
• Additionally, the 'Storage Account' drop down itself does not list any Storage accounts that are of type other than 'StorageV2'

To Reproduce

• Create a linked storage account where the storage account specified with type anything other than 'StorageV2'

Expected behavior

• The Storage account should be displayed not only on the summary section of 'Linked Storage Accounts' but also should appear in the edit section of the linked storage.

Environment summary

• CLI version: 2.37.0
• Shell Type: Cloud Shell

Additional context

• Is CLI not validating the Storage account type and is there a prerequisite that only 'StorageV2' accounts can be linked? (The requirements mentioned here do not specify any such condition: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/logs/private-storage#storage-account-requirements)
• Or is CLI's behavior valid and this is a bug/limitation from the Portal?
