Pull Request Overview
This pull request backports changes to build CNS (Container Network Service) images in the release test pipeline, extending the existing CI pipeline configuration to include CNS alongside the existing CNI and NPM image builds.
- Adds CNS image build configurations for multiple platforms and architectures
- Removes an unused CNS version variable reference
