Update NPM logs to use Logf instead of Printf

Update NPM logs to use Logf statements instead of Printf as those are less CPU intensive. Also fixed few logs to avoid printing the old NetworkPolicy objects as that could potentially impact specially for large networkPolicy object. There are log lines when each rule is processed which can be used for debugging.
