show specific samples in `azd ai agent init`

Provide a short list of samples to choose from instead of dumping the full catalog of samples and have 'see more' style option to view all the other samples.

There's currently no support for deciding which order to display them and defaults to alphabetical.

The recommended starter template should be Basic Agent, not Echo Agent. Echo doesnt do anything.
