Update infra/core to adapt to more azdevify templates.

Changes in infra/core:

1. Upgrade 'Microsoft.ContainerRegistry/registries@2023-01-01-preview' to 'Microsoft.ContainerRegistry/registries@2023-11-01-preview'.
2. Add some default configurations in the container-registry.bicep file
3. Output some resourceId.
4. Upgrade 'Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts@2022-05-01' to 'Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts@2023-01-01'.
5. Add the creation of fileServices, queueServices and tableServices in the storage-account.bicep file
