This PR blocks usage of prompt-kind agent manifests in the Azure AI Agents extension by failing parsing early when template.kind: prompt is detected.
Changes:
- Return an error from
ExtractAgentDefinitionwhen encounteringAgentKindPrompt. - Comment out the previous PromptAgent parsing/extraction logic (now unreachable).
