Thanks @anirudhgarg. I'll merge this once the E2E tests can be done (post the net31 issue identified in the eventgrid extension binding - Azure/azure-functions-eventgrid-extension#82). |

The need to new class was to remove topic being sent to the custom EventGrid event.
