Description of the new feature

New-AzDatabricksWorkspace can disable public access using private links and virtual networks. However, the storage account created has public connectivity and lacks of private endpoints.

Could it be possible to add an options to disable public networking for the storage account?

When you're creating a workspace, enable "Deploy Azure Databricks workspace with Secure Cluster Connectivity (No Public IP)" option, then the storage account in the managed resource group will not have public access. Use New-AzDatabricksWorkspace -EnableNoPublicIP to turn on this feature if you use PowerShell.
