Is there no Invoke-AzVmssRunCommand?

Description

azure cli has az vmss run-command, so surely there's a PowerShell equivalent? Usable for VMSS instances , from machines that won't let you install azure CLI?
No?
Or is there a workaround?

@TimLovellSmith There is no Invoke-AzVmssRunCommand (Action RunCommand) or Set-AzVmssRunCommand (Managed RunCommand) the workaround would be to run RunCommand for each VMSS VM instance using Invoke-AzVmssVmRunCommand or Set-AzVmssVMRunCommand.
