New-AzureRmApplicationSecurityGroup - invalid example

> The example is wrong I'm afraid. It should say New-AzureRmApplicationSecurityGroup instead of New-AzureRmPublicIpAddress... In addition I think the example itself it even wrong not only a wrong cmdlet.
