Add support for Synapse Link Connection:

• Set-AzSynapseLinkConnection
• Start-AzSynapseLinkConnection
• Stop-AzSynapseLinkConnection
• Remove-AzSynapseLinkConnection
• Get-AzSynapseLinkConnectionDetailedStatus
• Set-AzSynapseLinkConnectionLinkTable
• Get-AzSynapseLinkConnectionLinkTable
• Get-AzSynapseLinkConnectionLinkTableStatus
• Update-AzSynapseLinkConnectionLandingZoneCredential
