This PR updates the VoiceLive TypeSpec source pin and regeneration metadata to align the azure-ai-voicelive GA release with a newer azure-rest-api-specs commit, and adjusts the 1.0.0 release date in the package changelog.

Changes:

• Updated tsp-location.yaml to point at a new azure-rest-api-specs commit for specification/ai/data-plane/VoiceLive.
• Updated the generated azure-ai-voicelive_metadata.json (notably crossLanguageVersion) to match the regeneration output.
• Changed the CHANGELOG.md GA release date for 1.0.0 to 2026-06-01.
