Native dependency installation in build pipelines

We have scripts to follow the symlinks of keytar and @azure/msal-node-extensions then install native dependencies. We may need to adjust it after moving to pnpm.

Not sure if this is needed any more. It's for windows when prebuilt native deps are not available for some versions.
