* replace PkgProps CIMatrixConfigs property in favor of a more generalized CIParameters property. Original CIMatrixConfigs will exist as an item of same key within CIParameters. * update Create-PRJobMatrix to honor new CIMatrixConfigs property location --------- Co-authored-by: Scott Beddall <scbedd@microsoft.com>
