Create unique string

I need to create a uniqe revision suffix for my container app . How do i create a unique suffix only if a new revision ll be deployed?
NewGuid and UtcNow can only passed by parameter and if i pass those myself, each deploy a new revison ll be created.

converted the appcontainer template to string. and used uniquestring on that. That works.
