MySql: Implement MySql Query Builder for GraphQL Queries

This RFC PR : https://github.com/Azure/project-hawaii/pull/35 shows the MySQL query equivalent to the GraphQL query we used for Postgres/MsSql

This issue should implement a MySQL specific class in our GraphQL framework
