The nuget and the zip files released as part of Sep milestone and Aug milestone contained the config files used for development.

Could you please elaborate the points that need to be discussed - so, this can be clarified asynchronously?

The config files are generated during the build pipeline run as some of the unit tests make use of the config files. The unit tests can be refactored to create/delete the required config files before/after the test. This will let perform the build without config generation. This in-turn will enable the nupkg/zip creation without the config files.

@yorek has requested to remove the config files from the nupkg/zip. If your proposal achieves this, then we should do the refactor unless there's any other better proposal.

Bumping up the priority to 0 since this is a must before public preview.
