Publish repository information to NuGet page

Why make this change?

• Closes Publish repository information to NuGet.org page  #1476
• SourceLink embeds the source control information such as the commit id to the assembly metadata to facilitate the fetching of the exact source code by the debugger.
• However, NuGet package explorer does not display the Github URL and the commit ID. So, developers would have to look at the github release page to get the commit ID that produced the NuGet
• By, publishing the Repository details to the NuGet page, this experience is made easier for developers

What is this change?

• Sets PublishRepositoryUrl property to true in the csproj file.
