Are Health or Live endpoints supported on connectors? I'm searching for a solution to report the status of the pod and restart it in case of issues. For example, when there is an issue to send MQTT messages, it would be good to report this via health endpoint and restart the connector. I'm using .NET and deploy via connector template.
