docs: make npm (@kars-runtime/cli) the default install#419

The CLI is now published to npmjs as @kars-runtime/cli with an SLSA build-provenance attestation. Promote the npm one-liner to the primary install in the README quickstart and getting-started fastest-path, with the curl|bash installer demoted to an alternative. Update the project status note to reflect npm is live + signed today, and refresh pinned version examples to v0.1.1. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
