Per discussion with our customer, it is decided to filter out the
refresh_ininformation from MSAL's response, because MSAL already implements the Proactive Refresh accordingly, so our customers do not need to see therefresh_invalue, thus avoid potentially confusing it with theexpires_in. CC: @chlowell
