Main changes to LMAS:

  • LMAS now integrates CI
  • Resources can be limited through the --cpu, --memory, --time, --max_cpu, --max_memory and --max_time parametes
  • Fixed bug where LMAS folders were not being mounted in docker and singularity correctly
  • Fixed bug when calculating the percentage of mapped reads
