Cannot drop on nodes tagged as assistant

Hi!
We have found an abnormal behaviour concern the drag and drop.
It's not possible to drop a node onto a one with tag assistant, but it is possible on the assistant's child.
Even when specified on the drag event to return always true.

I'd like to be able to drop a "common" node onto the one with the assistant tag.
