chart mouse events is not working

why chart is not working in these Browsers:

Chrome version: 144.0.7559.110
Edge version: 144.0.3719.104

But its working in:

FireFox version: 147.0.2

it was all fine till the chrome and edge got updated.
in more detail, chart is getting loaded but the mouse events, all of them even hovering its not working
clicks, hovering, dragging, none of them work in those browsers but works in FireFox.
how should i solve this problem?

my balkan app version is OrgChart.VERSION = "7.6.28";
is this version compatible with new browsers?

yes we have purchased the enterprise license but we lost the email unfortunately.
but i found the problem
the problem was from this redraw function which i'm working on it right now:
