TGA-FTIR-hyphenation-tool-kit

A Python package for handling hyphenated TGA and FTIR data, dedicated to be used in Jupyter Notebooks. Includes basic plotting as well as as advanced deconvolution of FTIR data.

Visit the site on the TG_IR class for most information about the available methods and function parameters.

It is intended to be easily adoptable to different TGA devices. As the coupling of TGA with evolved gas analysis, e.g. by FTIR, obtains several advantages automatization of data processing steps is also beneficial. Therefore, automated calibration of several standard measurements, e.g. of caclium oxalate monohydrate, is supported as well as typical corrections of TGA and FTIR raw data by reference measurements.

Setup

Requires JupyterLab or Jupyter Notebook.

Install package with pip: pip install git+https://github.com/BAMresearch/TGA-FTIR-hyphenation-tool-kit.git
