Revert MLMG and PFMG solver changes to master versions

The MLMG boundary adjustments (face value extension, boundary cell
pinning) and PFMG relaxation type changes broke existing unit tests.
Revert both files to their master versions.

PFMG and MLMG are removed from the benchmark solver list for now —
they need deeper investigation as separate issues (PFMG NaN on
uniform blocks, MLMG face-vs-cell-centre BC convention mismatch).

Fix GPU wheel install: use expanded_assets URL for --find-links
e978752 
pip --find-links cannot discover wheels from the /releases/latest/download/
URL because GitHub lazy-loads asset links via JavaScript on that page.
The /releases/expanded_assets/<tag> endpoint serves static HTML with
direct <a href> links to .whl files, which pip can parse.

Updated all tutorials, notebooks, docs, and README.
