Added a report for graduating seniors with volunteer hours

Fixes #1690

• We need to add a report that will show graduating seniors who have earned any number of service hours for at least 4 unique semesters

Changes

• Added a new report to spreadsheets that has graduating seniors and their information
• Added tests to test out the function def graduatingSeniorsVolunteerHours(), following different kinds of edge cases

Testing

• Reset DB with backuo data
• Run the application and open Reports on side bar
• In reports, download the AY of 2023-2024
• Open spreadsheet and find "Graduating Seniors" section (close to the end)
• It should show the names and other information of graduating seniors
• Some of the newer AY reports will not show any data for "Graduating Seniors" because the data is out of sync
