First prerelease after UI Test

An error existed in the city simulation with the quasi steady state method convoluting the logic of the system
another error caused by a mismatch between the timestamps, caused the simulation to have error in case of certain timesteps and starting and ending time which was solved.

The GUI was tested by students and the comments were applied.
