Search: Filter position is not correct

What is going wrong?

When we want to search for information, the filter function is important. However, here in the current version, if I click filter, then the display is not in the correct position. This is an issue in all the place where there is a filter function, i.e. the main search page, "Data", as well as in "Manage Entity permissions":
