Dataset download: Show history / count of downloads

It would be helpful if the download number stores with the dataset specifications. The download number can indicate the dataset reliability.

1. Title: Not clear what is meant
2. It's logged now and can be calculated based on the log entries. Be careful by using it as an indicator for dataset reliability as you need at least to subtract downloads by the owner(s) and data curation team from the total count.
