Send mail to dataset consumer by dataset owner needed #900
Description
Dataset owners may want to inform dataset consumers about issues (changes, errors, enhancements, ...) that have been done to datasets. It would be nice to have such a function in B2.
It could be one below:
- "MyData (Dashboard) - Decisions" with status "accepted" to inform all potential data consumers
- "MyData (Dashboard) -Downloads" (Export / Download statistics overview for data owner needed #899) to inform all people who downloaded the dataset already
or on another position with both options:
