This document outlines the approach to defining users for the BIOFIN-EU dashboard.

🚧 MVP Stage

We are currently in the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage. The focus is on implementing a lightweight, functional version of the user model that supports core interactions and assumptions.

📌 Working Assumption

The current model is based on:

"The Business Model of Lending"

This simplified framework helps guide early decisions about roles, responsibilities, and data flows between different user types. This model was defined by WP5 in collaboration with WP2 and WP4

🛠️ Concurrent Workstreams for User Definition (2024)

Two supporting initiatives have been kicked off in 2024 to further refine our understanding of users:

1. Personas
   A structured effort to define representative user archetypes, their goals, motivations, and interaction patterns.

2. Stakeholder Mapping Exercise
   An analysis of all relevant stakeholders, their influence, needs, and relationships across the project lifecycle.

These two workstreams will be consolidated when finalizing the feature requirements for the production BIOFIN-EU dashboard
