🚀 MVP Use Cases

To support the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), three work packages — WP2, WP5, and WP4 — are collaboratively defining and refining a set of practical use cases.

These use cases serve as the foundation for guiding development priorities, and testing assumptions in each MVP development cycle rather than conceptutally discussing workflows.

🧩 Why This Approach?

This iterative, use-case-driven approach is taken to:

  • Ensure the MVP responds directly to project research findings and stakeholder needs as they evolve
  • Enable quick feedback loops and course corrections
  • Promote collaboration across work packages during early-stage feature exploration
  • Maintain focus on practical value, not just theoretical completeness
  • Help ensure technical person months are not used up building complete production ready features which may not be fit for purpose.

By using actual use cases instead of abstract features, we ensure the MVP delivers functionality that is meaningful and testable and can form the basis for true production feature development.

📄 Where to Find the Use Cases

The currently defined use cases are maintained in the following document.
