Initial commit of the chess viewer module with functionality to display chess games using PGN notation.
Add CSS transitions for chessboard animations and styles.
This module provides PGN analysis functionality, converting PGN or algebraic notation into a series of FEN strings and metadata. It includes utility functions for chess move validation and board manipulation.
