I had 30 minutes this morning so I thought I'd add this so I could close one of my many tabs. I didn't add the pointwidth docs but @looselycoupled if you could let me know where you'd like me to put them. I was thinking of just putting them in the API docs, but could also do a "Working with btrdb" page.
