I used docker.

I'm getting the same issue as well. 2 of 2121 tests fail. Here's my config:

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Quadro K1200
Cuda 9.1
CuDNN v7.0.5

I used Cmake to generate the makefile using the command

cmake -D python_version=3 ..

Have these errors resulted in problems in day to day use of Caffe for you so far?
