Add unified Alchemy skill with combined SKILL.md covering API key, x402, and MPP access methods. Includes 63 API reference docs (Node, Data, Webhooks, Solana, Wallets, Rollups, Recipes, Operational) and 14 protocol rule docs for x402 and MPP gateway flows.
