Welcome to the NovaPoint Wiki

NovaPoint is a collection of ready and easy to use Solutions that help SharePoint Admins and Site Collection Admins manage the SharePoint Online sites in their tenants. These Solutions cover admin-scope activities that are not available from the user interface.

Regular users can also benefit from NovaPoint, especially the report Solutions, to better understand the overall structure and usage of their sites. The goal of this project is to streamline and improve the experience of working with your data on SharePoint.

Getting started

1. Setup NovaPoint — connect the app to your tenant.
2. Definitions — key concepts used across the Solutions.
3. Solution files — where reports and logs are written.

Solutions

Browse the full list in the sidebar. Solutions are grouped into:

• Report — read-only reports on sites, lists, items, permissions, sharing links and more.
• Automation — bulk changes such as removing sites/users, checking in files or setting versioning limits.
• Quick Fix — targeted repairs (e.g. resolving a user ID mismatch).
• Directory — Entra ID groups, app registrations, enterprise apps and application audit.
• Device Management — Intune managed devices.
