Refactor workflow steps to use the new `bml` command structure
instead of the previous `bmlab-*` prefixes.

- Replace `bmlab-scan` with `bml scan`
- Replace `bmlab-erase` with `bml erase`
- Replace `bmlab-flash` with `bml flash`
