Adding windows support

I'd love to be able to use ZeroFS on Windows. I recognize this is most probably not a priority for you at all right now, so I was thinking of providing a PR for it. But I have to be upfront that I'm no developer and will be implementing the whole thing using AI coding tools. I will make sure to test it before providing the PR, though any guidance on the right way to test it for your project would be really appreciated.

I know that merging a new OS port usually means the core team ends up inheriting the maintenance burden. Since I'm no developer and can't promise to be around to fix future Windows specific bugs, is this something you'd even be open to accepting?

I totally understand if it's a hard "no". I just wanted to check before I spend any time and money (on tokens) trying to build it!
