LLM Wiki Extensions: PID Provenance and Self-Constructing Taxonomy
Two additions to Andrej Karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern, developed in the RIS (Research Intelligence System) project:

1. A Prompt ID (PID) origin-tracing layer -- pins every wiki entry back to its source prompts, rendering the knowledge graph auditable

2. A self-constructing taxonomy -- the system generates and refines its own keyword vocabulary from research activity, rather than relying on a pre-defined schema
