AI/LLM policy

I would appreciate if the Contribution Guide documented whether AI is used or allowed in this project or to explicitly reject it. No thoughts or drama, just a request to make it clear for future users or contributors running into this project.

Documents will be updated once the Rust rewrite of Hiro is released. But basically, use common sense. Do not prompt blindly or assume the AI is always correct. I have seen PRs that had absolutely nothing to do with the app, and others that heavily hallucinated or that over engineered a fix or broke something far worse than the bug it was trying to fix.

I understand that not using AI today is an insane unnecessary handicap, but use it smartly as a tool, not as a way to replace your brain.

Sounds good, please do update it when the rewrite is finished. I find myself on the other side of the spectrum (only sharing since you gave me free advice 😂), but regardless of where I stand I think it should be in the nature of open source these days to have this kind of policy explicitly laid out, if anything, for your own sake while reviewing PRs.

@nick-s5 i have something stashed but there are two problem and one at least from my experience (take it at face value as Im not an expert at Rust)

1. Codebase has drastically improved in all possible way from performance to correctness to maintainability in 0.5.2.1 so it diverged from when I started rewriting in Rust

2. I'll need help from people who want to take this project seriously without blindly using AI to guide them

3. I can't seem to get better performance in Rust compared to Swift but as I said Im not an expert in Rust
