Daily summaries should respect the user's selected default language

Bug

Daily summaries are not generated in the user's selected default language. For example, if a user sets Japanese as their default language, the daily summary should also be in Japanese — but currently it is not.

Expected Behavior

Daily summaries should be generated in whatever language the user has selected as their default in the app settings.

Current Behavior

Daily summaries are generated in English regardless of the user's language preference.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set default language to Japanese (or any non-English language)
2. Wait for/trigger a daily summary
3. Observe that the summary is in English instead of the selected language
