Feature request: quick toggle + granular control for “listening” state

User request:

They want more granular control over when Omi is actively listening vs not (an easy toggle), to make usage feel more intentional/comfortable.

Idea

Add a clear ‘Listening’ toggle (and status indicator) in the desktop app, with optional shortcuts / schedules.

Acceptance criteria (suggested)

• One-click toggle between Listening / Not Listening
• Obvious UI indicator of current state
• State persists across restarts
• Optional hotkey

Implemented in #7199 — desktop sidebar pill + floating bar indicator + rebindable global hotkey (default ⌘⇧L). Pause cleanly stops the in-flight transcription via the existing stopTranscription() path so the listen WebSocket doesn't orphan; mic and BLE stay open so resume is fast. Push-to-talk continues to work while paused.
