macOS: Floating Bar still pops up when Notifications + Floating Bar toggles are OFF

Floating Bar notifications still appear even when both app settings are disabled:

• Settings → Notifications: Off
• Settings → Floating Bar: Off

Environment

• Omi mac app: 0.11.318 (11318)
• macOS: 15.7.4

Expected

No Floating Bar UI appears.

Actual

Floating Bar still pops up (not macOS Notification Center banners).

Notes

Related (improvement request): #6765, but this seems like a separate bug (disable not respected).

Repro steps (best guess)

1. Turn off Notifications and Floating Bar in Omi settings.
2. Continue using Omi until a Floating Bar notification would normally trigger.
3. Floating Bar still appears.
