…eline.py) Replace the broken lilly_query_timeline.py path with the actual Hermes MCP server entry point (hermes mcp serve). Make it configurable via HERMES_AGENT_MCP_CMD and HERMES_AGENT_MCP_ARGS. Also remove the mcp-server-hermes wrapper package I created earlier since it was the wrong approach -- mcp_serve.py is already a proper stdio MCP server. Closes BasedHardware#15.
